Abstract
Open source movement plays a vital role in the development of open education resources in higher education. Open source e-learning courseware (OSeLCW) is an initiative within this movement. Many institutions today post their courses for free and open access via the Internet to users all over the world. This paper assesses the awareness, access, and utilisation of such wealth of web-based OSeLCW among educators and students of engineering colleges in Mysore city.Date
