Abstract
New e-learning models are continually emerging as new e-learning technology tools and new research findings in the different areas of e-learning become available. In this paper proposed a six step model for e-learning adoption in higher education. We highlight important issues that have to be considered and evaluated and incorporated in strategic e-learning planning and implementation. We look in this model to a wider point of view within the learning theoretical perspectives.

Development of Human Resources Using New Technologies in Long-Life Learning

Micu Bogdan Ghilic; Marilena Mircea; Codrin Nisioiu; Cătălin Silvestru; Marian STOICA (Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, 2011-01-01)
Information and communication technologies (ICT) offer new opportunities to reinvent the education and to make people and makes learning more fun and contemporary but poses many problems to educational institutions. Implementation of ICT determines major structural changes in the organizations and mental switch from bureaucratic mentality to customer-oriented one. In this paper I try to evaluate methods of developing the lifelong learning programs, impact to human resources training and development and the impact of this process on educational institutions. E-learning usage in training the human resources can make a new step in development of the education institutions, human resources and companies.

The Impact of Teaching Two Courses ( Electronic Curriculum Design and Multimedia ) on The Acquistion of Electronic Content Design Skills

Natheer K Gharaibeh; Mohareb A Alsmadi (Academy & Industry Research Collaboration Center (AIRCC), 2013-01-01)
The use of Multimedia applications in Learning provides useful concepts for Instructional Content Design. This study aimed to investigate the effect of design electronic curriculum and multimedia applications onacquiring e-content design skills, and improving their attitudes towards e-learning. To achieve theobjective of the study, the researchers developed a test to measure the efficiencies of designing electroniccontent and the measure of attitudes towards e-learning, The results showed that study of both coursescontributed positively to the acquisition of design skills of e-content , The results revealed that there arestatistical significant differences between the scores of the students in the two applications (pre and post)on the total score of the attitude measure and three areas of it.

Teaching Better Electronically or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Internet Teaching

    M. Louise Ripley (International Institute of Informatics and Cybernetics, 2009-08-01)
Internet teaching is a worthy topic today because changes in society demand "that learners change their knowledge and skill bases and change them faster than at any time in history" [1], and Internet teaching is proving to be one of the best ways to reach those learners. This paper explores ten of the most common difficulties of online courses. It explains how the proper use of readily available technology can be brought to bear on these difficulties in ways that will reduce worry and stress both for beginners faced with teaching a first course and for professors who already have taught online courses but may be seeking ways to improve upon the experience.
