Students’ motivation is an important factor in ensuring the success of e-learning implementation. In order to ensure students is motivated to use e-learning, motivational design has been used during the development process of e-learning applications. The use of gamification in learning context can help to increase student motivation. The ARCS+G model of motivational design is used as a guide for the gamification of learning. This study focuses on the influence of gamification on students’ motivation in using e-learning applications based on the ARCS+G model. Data from the Instructional Materials Motivation Scale used, were gathered and analysed for comparison of two groups (one control and one experimental) in attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction categories. Based on analysis of the result, students from the experimental group are more motivated to use e-learning applications compared with the controlled group. This proves that gamification affect students’ motivation when used in e-learning applications.Date

Psikoterapi Islami dalam mengatasi gangguan kejiwaan di Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu MalaysiaBin Zolkipli, Muhammad Ilyas (2018-07-15)Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana psikoterapi Islami Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia dalam mengatasi dan mengobati pasien yang menghadapi gangguan kejiwaan. Tujuan lainnya untuk mengetahui apa saja jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia dalam proses psikoterapi. Selain itu, tujuan penulis meneliti berkenaan judul ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam proses mengatasi penyembuhan kejiwaan oleh Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia Penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kualitatif. Informan utama adalah pimpinan Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia tata usaha dan ustadnya. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu pendekatan yang juga disebut pendekatan investigasi karena biasanya peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara bertatap muka langsung dan berinteraksi dengan orang-orang di tempat penelitian. Istimewanya Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia ini adalah mengenai metode pengobatan yang digunakan oleh mereka. Mereka tidak menggunakan obatan atau alatan medis yang moden untuk mengobati pasien yang datang berobat dengan mereka, akan tetapi, mereka menggunakan ayat-ayat suci Alquran, zikir-zikir, doa-doa dan hadis nabi untuk mengobati pasiennya. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, maka hasil yang didapati adalah cara pengobatan yang dijalankan oleh Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia dapat membantu pasien-pasien yang menghadapi gangguan kejiwaan untuk keluar dari masalah yang mereka hadapi seterusnya bisa menghadapi hari-hari yang mendatang dengan jiwa yang kental. Selain itu juga, hambatan yang dihadapi oleh staf-staf Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia walaupun agak banyak, akan tetapi hasil daripada penelitian, mendapati bahawa pasien-pasien yang pernah mendapatkan rawatan di Darussyifa’ ini tampak tampil lebih meyakinkan. Hampir rata-rata per-bulan pasien yang datang mendapatkan rawatan di Darussyifa’ Kuala Ibai Kuala Terengganu Terengganu Malaysia ini juga besar jumlahnya yaitu 1000 orang.

A study on the relationship between factors physical environment comfort and employees' job performance at Majlls Agama Islam Dan Adat Melayu Terengganu (Maidam) in Kuala TerengganuMohd Zarawi, Zahirah Amira (Faculty Of Business Management, 2017)ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to measure the relationship between physical environment Comfort and employees' job performance at Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Terengganu (MAIDAM) in Kuala Terengganu. This study also need to identify which factors of physical environment comfort that most influence employees' job performance. Other than that, this study uses to identify the current problem faced by the employees from physical environment comfort toward their job performance. This study is conducted among the employees in all departments in this organization and the questionnaires have been distributed randomly to the respondent in all department. The total population of this study is about 95 of employees and 76 of them were took part as a respondents in answering the questionnaires. The findings show that, the most significant factors of physical environment comfort that affect employees' job performance which is ergonomic office equipment and the least significant factor that affect employees' job performance which is lighting. In order to make some improvement to the employees at Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Terengganu (MAIDAM) in Kuala Terengganu, there is several recommendations and suggestions was stated.

Metode wasatiyyah sharh al-Nawawi dan al-Mubarakfuri terhadap Ahadith Mutasyabihat dalam Sahih Muslim: Kajian sikap agamawan di Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu / Mohd Faiz Hakimi Mat Idris Mohd Faiz Hakimi, Mat Idris (2016-08)This research was conducted to explore how al-Nawawi and al-Mubarakfuri interpreted mutasyabihat ahadith in the Sahih Muslim. The research was conducted through a comparison of the sharh methods used by al-Nawawi and al-Mubarakfuri. 29 mutasyabihat ahadith were identified. Out of these 29 texts, 14 were in the dhatiyyah category, 8 were in the actions category, and 7 were in the feelings category. There are a few things in common between al-Nawawi and al-Mubarakfuri‟s wasatiyyah methods. Both scholars referred to verses from the Qur‟an, the ahadith, and the opinions of Islamic scholars, and both also studied the language and balaghah of the texts. However, only al-Nawawi referred to gharib al-hadith and Qira‟at experts, while only al-Mubarakfuri specifically referred to historical texts. Their approach to matters pertaining to the sanad of the ahadith, which is the compiling of biographical information on the narrators of the ahadith, and their definitions of the term riwayah are also similar. While only al-Nawawi defined the terms haddathana, „an, and rafa‟ah, both scholars mentioned fiqh al-hadith. Both scholars also provided methods, guidelines, and summaries of the texts, and issued rulings from them. Discussions on these mutasyabihat ahadith suggest that neither one of the scholars were tied to any specific school of tafsir. However, al-Nawawi was more inclined to refer to al-Ta‟wil, while al-Mubarakfuri had a higher level of detachment. Their methods of sharh, or their approach in the expounding of the mutasyabihat ahadith encourages harmony, tolerance, openness, and a manhaj that is moderate. The results of a field study involving 200 samples indicate that the negative attitudes of the respondents were at a low level, whereas the positive attitudes of the respondents were at a high level. A chi-square test shows that there was a significant relationship between the respondents‟ academic specialization and their openness, selflessness, optimism, curiosity, fanatical tendencies, franticness, and rigidness. Results also show that there was no significant correlation between the respondents‟ academic specialization and their feelings of concern, their resoluteness, pragmatism, indifference and impassiveness. These results reflect the attitudes of local religious leaders in Kuala Terengganu who are mostly moderate when it comes to issues related to mutasyabihat ahadith.
