AbstractAn open discussion about the OER movement, which offers materials for all to use freely. Learn how instructors can re-mix, repurpose and redistribute materials while saving students money. We will hear from UMass faculty who have successfully used OERs and touch on issues raised at the 9/21 event “How Can a Textbook be Free: Keeping Higher Education Affordable with Open Resources.” Lunch included.
