Abstract
[[abstract]]本研究旨在瞭解幼稚園初任教師對師院課程、師院教師、幼稚園、教育局的期望。研究以問卷調查為資料蒐集的方法,受試樣本為現任幼兒園初任教師490名。基於研究發現,本研究之結論為:就初任教師之觀點,若欲強化幼教教師之專業發展,師院課程及師院教師應積極加強具體實用技巧、改進實習課程。同時,增加教師進修機會、改善薪資福利、體恤教師辛勞應是師院、幼稚園和教育局在規劃初任教師輔導方案時極需考量之點。 Kindergarten Beginning Teachers’ Expectations of Teachers College Curriculum, Teacher Educators, Kindergarten and Bureau of Education The major purpose of this study was to examine kindergarten beginning teachers’ expectations of teachers college curriculum, teacher educators, kindergarten and Bureau of Education. Responses to questionnaire with open questions were obtained form 490 beginning kindergarten teachers. According to the results, the conclusions of the study are: From the beginning teachers point of view, teachers college curriculum and educators need to reinforce practical skill and field experience as well as to improve practicum curriculum in order to enhance the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Also, when teachers college, kindergarten, or Bureau of Education is scheming the induction program, it is very important to seriously consider the following needs of teachers: to increase in-service training opportunities, to improve teachers’ salary, and to sympathize teachers’ work hardship.
