AbstracteLearning is increasingly being used by knowledge organizations to adapt to and survive in a dynamic business environment characterized by a discontinuous pace of change. Some of the key issues that can affect the business productivity and employee efficiency of an organization are rapid changes in the market place, rapid expansion, technology change, and process updates. NIIT’s Enterprise Knowledge Solution (EKS) is an integrated and comprehensive hosted third-generation eLearning solution that can help employees in traditional customer-centric business activities react and adapt to the vagaries of a changing business environment. The Pierian Spring of eLearning “There are no national frontiers to learning. ” Japanese proverb Riding the crest of the millennium wave, eLearning has already proved that learning has no time and space boundaries either. Dramatic technological innovations in the last decade of the twentieth century have resulted in myriad educational opportunities for learners.
