AbstractThis project report introduces a structural approach to design a new course based on learning objectives. A list of topics, teaching & learning activities and assessment methods are integrated into a learning goal based matrix. This matrix transforms the traditional lay out of topics in sequence into a multi dimensional course structure. The course matrix can also be utilized in developing curriculum for various programs.
