Abstract
(EaD) considerando as relações entre o professor coordenador de disciplina e os tutores a distância. Sãopropostas reflexões sobre a clareza dos limites da mediação entre esses docentes e como tais limites podeminfluenciar a qualidade da prática docente em termos de autonomia e hierarquias de trabalho. Fundamentadosna noção de polidocência, em aspectos de colaboração e fragmentação das atividades docentes, buscou-secompreender as decorrências da dinâmica das interações entre os diferentes educadores da EaD para aefetividade do ensino-aprendizagem. As reflexões envolvem os desafios da docência na divisão de trabalhode acordo com suas funções no contexto da EaD; a colaboração e a divisão das atividades na polidocência,com base em documentos oficiais e depoimento de uma docente sobre sua prática junto ao grupo de tutores.Observou-se que negociar e orientar claramente os limites das funções e aprender a trabalhar em equipeganham relevância nesse processo. O texto alerta para uma questão delicada: as limitações e sobreposiçõesdas funções (poli)docentes. 
Some specificities of pedagogical mediation in Distance Education (DE) are presented in this paper,considering the relationship between the teacher who coordinates the course and the group of online tutors.Reflections on how to define clear limits of mediation between these teachers and how such limits caninfluence the quality of teaching in terms of autonomy and work hierarchies are proposed. Based onpoliteaching concept, and on aspects of collaboration and fragmentation of teaching activities, thecomprehension of consequences in the dynamics of interactions among the different educators of DE foreffective teaching and learning has been aimed. The reflections involve: the challenges of teaching in thedivision of work according to their functions in the context of distance education, collaboration and divisionof activities in politeaching, based on official documents and testimony from a teacher coordinator about herpractice with the group of tutors. It was observed that negotiating, steering clear limits of functions andlearning to work in teams gain relevance in this process. The text alert to a sensitive issue: the limitations andoverlapping multiteaching functions.
