Increasing an education level of students requires good practices in conditions closely connected to modern industrial one. The concept of using industrial test systems of technological objects developed by the staff of the Department of Information Systems and Measurement Technologies at Moscow State Open University can solve this task. According to this concept, practical application of basic disciplines of educational process is considered by the example of industrial information-measurement system functioning. Over a period of the last ten years the given concept has recommended itself in the best way and it has been dynamically developing nowadays.Date

Development of Human Resources Using New Technologies in Long-Life LearningMicu Bogdan Ghilic; Marilena Mircea; Codrin Nisioiu; Cătălin Silvestru; Marian STOICA (Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava, 2011-01-01)Information and communication technologies (ICT) offer new opportunities to reinvent the education and to make people and makes learning more fun and contemporary but poses many problems to educational institutions. Implementation of ICT determines major structural changes in the organizations and mental switch from bureaucratic mentality to customer-oriented one. In this paper I try to evaluate methods of developing the lifelong learning programs, impact to human resources training and development and the impact of this process on educational institutions. E-learning usage in training the human resources can make a new step in development of the education institutions, human resources and companies.

Design and Implementation an Autonomous Humanoid Robot Based on Fuzzy Rule-Based Motion ControllerMohsen Taheri; S. A. Monadjemi; S. Alireza Mohades Kasaei; S. Mohammadreza Mohades Kasaei; S. Hamidreza Mohades Kasaei (Broad Research - international virtual organization, 2010-04-01)Research on humanoid robotics in Mechatronics and Automation Laboratory, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Islamic Azad University Khorasgan branch (Isfahan) of Iran was started at
the beginning of this decade. Various research prototypes for humanoid robots have been designed and are going through evolution over these years. This paper describes the hardware and software design of the kid size humanoid robot systems of the PERSIA Team in 2009. The robot has 20 actuated degrees of freedom based on Hitec HSR898. In this paper we have tried to focus on areas such as mechanical structure, Image processing unit, robot controller, Robot AI and behavior
learning. In 2009, our developments for the Kid size humanoid robot include: (1) the design and construction of our new humanoid robots (2) the design and construction of a new hardware and software controller to be used in our robots. The project is described in two main parts: Hardware and Software. The software is developed a robot application which consists walking controller, autonomous motion robot, self localization base on vision and Particle Filter, local AI, Trajectory Planning, Motion Controller and Network. The hardware consists of the mechanical structure and the driver circuit board. Each robot is able to walk, fast walk, pass, kick and dribble when it catches
the ball. These humanoids have been successfully participating in various robotic soccer competitions. This project is still in progress and some new interesting methods are described in the current report.

M-Learning: A New Paradigm of Learning Mathematics in MalaysiaSaipunidzam Mahamad; Mohammad Noor Ibrahim; Shakirah Mohd Taib (Academy & Industry Research Collaboration Center (AIRCC), 2010-09-01)M-Learning is a new learning paradigm of the new social structure with mobile and wireless technologies.Smart school is one of the four flagship applications for Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) underMalaysian government initiative to improve education standard in the country. With the advances ofmobile devices technologies, mobile learning could help the government in realizing the initiative. Thispaper discusses the prospect of implementing mobile learning for primary school students. It indicatessignificant and challenges and analysis of user perceptions on potential mobile applications through asurvey done in primary school context. The authors propose the m-Learning for mathematics by allowingthe extension of technology in the traditional classroom in term of learning and teaching
