Abstract
Na primjeru Centra za zaštitu prirode pokrajine Nordrhein-Westfalen predstavljena je organizacijska struktura, sastav osoblja, temeljne zadaće te programska struktura jedne od ustanova u Njemačkoj koje se bave obrazovnim radom na području zaštite prirode. Pored pokrajinskih (državnih) postoje i regionalne te općinske obrazovne ustanove. Ove ustanove djeluju nezavisno od klasičnih obrazovnih ustanova: škola, fakulteta, otvorenih sveučilišta i političkih škola. Najznačajnije zadaće ovih obrazovnih ustanova jesu: stručno usavršavanje - u pravilu orijentirano na ciljane grupe i različite službe i udruženja za zaštitu prirode, poljoprivrede, komunalne službe, turizam, na širitelje znanja: nastavnike, novinare, nosioce političkih mandata i odluka itd., zatim dorada koncepata i organizacije stručnog obrazovanja, rad s javnošću itd.
The Centre for protection of nature of the Nordrhein-Westfalen district represents the exemplary organisational structure, structure of staff, basic tasks and program structure of other German establishments concerned with education in the field of protection of nature. Apart from the district (statal) educational establishments there are regional and communal ones. The estabishments are acting independently from classic education institutions as: schools, faculties, open universities and political schools. The most significant tasks of these educational institutions are: scientific and expert advancement aiming at a definite group, or different services and associations for the protection of nature, agriculture, communal utilities services, tourism or at persons responsible for expanding the knowledge: teachers, newspapermen, political mandators, decision making authorities etc.; then there comes the formulating of concepts and organisation of expert education, as well as the work with the public etc.
Naturschutz-Bildungsstätten sind Einrichtungen zur Realisierung von Naturschutz-Bildungsarbeit auerhalb und unabhängig von klasischen Bildungsinstitutionen wie Schulen, Hochschulen oder auch Volkschulen und politischen Bildungswerken. Am Beispiel des Naturschutzzenstrums des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen, wird abschlieend eine Naturschutz-Bildungseinrichtung vorgestellt: Organisationsstruktur, Personalbestand, Zielgruppen, Hauptaufgaben und Programmstruktur. Die wichstigsten Aufgaben von Naturschutz-Bildungsstätten werden erläutert. Die Fortbildung wird in der Regel zielgruppenspezifisch organisiert und richtet sich vor allem an den amtlichen und ehrenamtlichen Naturschutz, an Naturschutzverbände, an biologische und ökologische Stationen, an Dienststellen und Verbände der Landwirtschaft, Forstwirtschaft, Fischerwirtschaft und Wasserwirtschaft, an Dienststellen und Verbände, u s. w.; zweite Aufgabenschwerpunkt; die Eröterung von Fachkonzepten; die Organisation von Naturerlebnissen; die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und pädagogische Service-Leistungen.
