Organizational culture that fosters morale should be managed by a leader managed of the company because it‟s important for the success of a business. Is said to be essential to the success of a business because morale can affect productivity and employment potential employees. Optimal morale should be supported by the motivation of employees to work optimally. It can be seen from the desire, sincerity, pleasure, satisfaction. In this case, PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area must have the organizational culture and the spirit of good work to support any changes that could bind the employee As adjust the formulation of the author of what is the impact of organizational culture on employee morale at PT. PLN (Persero) field area and the purpose of this study was to determine the organizational culture at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area. To determine the morale of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area. To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee morale at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Area. Forms of research used in this research is descriptive method by using quantitative analysis that illustrates the fact that the authors carefully to prove the influence of organizational culture on employee morale. Based on the results of research conducted and followed by analyzing the data, then there is a fairly strong correlation between organizational culture on employee morale at 0.535. This means that the coefficient is positive, so the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between organizational culture on employee morale can be received140921005
