AbstractThis research is identifying how Danish culture is causing the corporate citizenship behaviors in the country. This research was based on semiotic method, which is explained through Geertz – Thick Description’s by analyzing the causality of social actions, which reflects the culture. In this research we are including consumers, policies, economics and leadership in business as the actions, which are formulating the concept of the Danish culture. The increased focus in the project is on the leadership role, which promotes corporate citizenship processes to happen in Denmark. The investigation is going to show the connection how Danish culture reaches a transformational stage in their corporate citizenship practices, which is promoted by transformational leadership behavior.
