Abstract
The bilateral report law-firm, involving mutual influence is confirmed in the field of social relations both internally and within established systems instituted at a regional and international level. Law in general is experiencing a strong and complex development, the area of intermingling between domestic and international regulations limiting excessive tendencies to promote an absolute sovereignty in the benefit of cooperation including in the legal regulations area. Is perfectly obvious that national regulations are developed under the influence and given the established regional, but also international, legal systems. Unanimously recognized is the prevalence of the international law system in relation to regional and national law, Article 103 of UN Charter unequivocally supporting such a relationship. As for the relationship between EU law and national law is recognized the primacy of Community law reported to domestic regulations, report agreed by the Member States and as a manifestation of sovereignty
