Contributo da Cooperação Técnico Militar na Transformação das Forças Especiais Angolanas

Abstract

O crescimento das Forças Especiais Angolanas deve-se, em grande parte, ao 
 empenho do corpo de militares experientes do Estado Português, vinculada nos acordos bilaterais, entre estas duas entidades, no âmbito militar. Este facto levou a que se despertasse interesse em analisar o contributo da cooperação militar na transformação das Forças Especiais angolanas.
 Este trabalho de investigação tem como objetivo avaliar o contributo da cooperação 
 técnico militar nas Forças Especiais angolanas e sobretudo perceber as transformações produzidas neste âmbito.
 Neste estudo utilizou-se o método hipotético-dedutivo baseado maioritariamente no 
 manual de investigação em Ciências Sociais de Quivy e Campenhoudt, e outras referências. Na qual se definiu a questão central, se elaboraram as questões derivadas e,posteriormente as hipóteses. Para dar respostas a estas questões fizeram-se entrevistas a militares com funções de comando aos mais altos níveis do projeto 4 – Direção de Forças Especiais, do Diretor Técnico aos seus assessores.
 O resultado mais significativo fica pautado, na continuação do projeto 4 – Direção das Forças Especiais, pois além de ser um dos projetos mais antigos, é o que mais contribuiu na guerra civil de Angola (1992-2012), razão pela qual se concluiu que com a continuação desse projeto, as Unidades de Forças Especiais angolanas possuem hoje mais valências que lhes permitem desempenhar novas missões, uma vez que houve um crescimento a nível do treino operacional e da organização das Forças Especiais.

Abstract The growth of the Angolan Special Forces is due, largely, to the efforts of experienced military body of the Portuguese state, bound by bilateral agreements between these two entities in the military scope. This situation led to the interest aroused in analyzing the contribution of military cooperation for transforming Angolan Special Forces.
 This research aims to evaluate the contribution of technical cooperation in military specialized Angolan forces and specially to notice the changes produced in this área In this study, we used the hypothetical-deductive method, based mainly on manual science research partners and of Quivy and Champenhoudt and other references. , in which we had defined the central issue, we had elaborated them and subsequently hypotheses were derived. To provide the answers to these questions, interviews were done with military command functions at the highest levels of the project 4 - Direction of Special Forces - from the Technical Director to their advisors.
 The meaningful result is founded on the continuation of the project 4 - Director Special Forces – besides to be one of the oldest projects, is the most who had contributed in the civil war in Angola (1992-2012), reason by what we concluded that the ongoing of this project, the Angolan Special Forces units have today more valences that allow them to perform new missions, once it had been a growth at the level of operational training and at the organization of special forces.
