AbstractThe process of Prophet preaching from the beginning until the end phase in Mecca and Medina is actually an ideal prototype for Islamic religious education system. Both Prophet’s preaching and Islamic education process need adjust the substance of teaching to the reality. It is included the condition of the target object. Although these values have been understood by many people, most of the experts of Holly Qur’an, in the understanding of Makky Madany (Mecca and Medina), are still limiting criteria for distinction on geographical aspects, goals, and time only without pay enough attention to the phenomenon of revelation as text which moves with realities. The indication of problem is when a paragraph is disputed it’s status. Therefore, tarjih (reinforcement) of some history becomes the alternative, or syncretism history when both of Makky Madany are not able to be compromised. The result is the status of verse which ignores the reality and the verse itself both structurally and contextually. This article is going to review the discourse distinction Makky Madany more critically than others, by leading the classification on the textual approach and the reality. It is called a discourse indzaar (admonition) towards risalah (treatise) in the process of prophet preaching. The expectation of goal is by understanding of the phenomenon of Makky Madani, it can be found a new alternative in the paradigm of Islamic education, particularly in order to construct a teaching materials or materials sequence which are relevant to the reality and the goal of education.
