Abstract~Three previously unknown sites were excavated at Ramat Hanadiv, located at the southern end of Mt. Carmel. At Horvat ?Aqav in the western part of Ramat Hanadiv, remains belonging to three periods were exposed: a small Phoenician shrine, a Herodian estate manor and a Byzantine period villa rustica, whose inhabitants were probably Christians. Three winepresses were found, indicating that the inhabitants of the site worked their vineyards and produced wine.
