Abstract
This studyentitledCommunication StrategiesTeachingandLearning Motivation. This study aimstodetermine the extent ofthe influence ofcommunicationstrategiesteachers/teachersto motivatestudentsto learnchildonPesantrenTarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan. Communicationstrategiesundertakenbyteachersshapedthe learning process; whichaimstomotivatethe studentsto learn/female studentstostudy harder. PesantrenTarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan isaschoolthat isnotonlystudiedthe worldbutalsoto learnthe science of religionismoslem. TheBoarding Schoollocatedinareaswhere themajority of thepopulation areChristian. This studyusesa quantitativeapproachto thecorrelation methodis a method thataimstoexaminethe extent towhichthevariablesassociatedwithother variables. The variablesexamined in this studyis the independent variableand the dependent variable. As an independent variable in this study is teaching communication strategies, while the dependent variable is the motivation to learn students / female students in boarding PesantrenTarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan. The population in this study were all students / female students in boarding PesantrenTarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan field is still active and is in class XI, as many as 330 people. ObtainedwassampledfromthepopulationusingTaro Yamane formula, as many as77people. Data collection techniquesusedisthrough literature researchandfield research. The data analysis techniqueusedisa singletableanalysisandcross-tableanalysis. Then proceedtotestthe hypothesisthatusing the formulaTataStudySpearman(Spearman's RhoRank-Order Correlation) and asignificance testusing the formula"t". Fromthe results ofthis studyindicatethatthere is asignificantrelationshipbetweenteachingcommunicationstrategiesand learning motivationof students/female studentsin boardingPesantrenTarbiyah Islamiyah Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan.
