Hadiste Telfik: Metin Eksenli Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Temel anlamı birleştirmek ve eklemek olan telfik sözcüğü, Usûl-i Fıkıh ve Furû-i Fıkıh ilminde farklı bir anlama sahip olmakla birlikte, Hadis ilminde de terim anlamında kullanıma sahiptir. Hadis ilminde telfik, aynı konudaki farklı hadislerin birleştirilerek tek hadismiş gibi rivayeti şeklinde kullanıma ilave olarak, farklı isnad ve lafızlarla rivayet edilen bir hadisin isnad ve metinlerinin birleştirilmesi anlamına da gelmektedir. Tanımlardan da anlaşılacağı üzere, telfikin hem sened hem de metinle ilgili boyutları mevcuttur.
 
 Telfik sözcüğüne dair zikretmiş olduğumuz bu anlam alanlarını telfikin uygulanış şekilleri başlığı altında ayrıca ele aldık. Telfik’in aynı konudaki farklı hadislerin birleştirilerek tek hadismiş gibi rivayeti şeklindeki anlamını merkeze alarak, makalemizin konusunu sınırlandırmış olduk. Sınırlandırma dâhilinde, telfikin senedle ilgili boyutlarını çalışmamızın dışında tutup, birbirinden farklı hadislerin metinlerinin birleştirilmesi ve rivayetini dikkate alıp araştırmamızı sürdürdük. Bu bağlamda, âlimlerin hadiste telfike ilişkin görüş ve değerlendirmelerini aktardıktan sonra, hadis literatürü içerisinde yaptığımız taramalardan elde edilen metin eksenli telfik örneklerine ve bunların tenkidine yer verdik.

The word “talfiq,” whereof the basic meaning is to combine and add, despite having different meaning in Usūl al-fiqh and furu' al-fiqh, has the technical use in the hadith. Although talfiq used in the sense of combining the various ahadith on the same subject and narrating them as a single hadith, it means combining the sanad (chain of narrators) and the texts of a hadith has been narrated with different sanad and texts. As it is understood from the descriptions, talfiq has the dimensions relating with both sanad and text. 
 
 We tackled these meaning areas mentioned under the title of the application forms of talfiq as well. We have limited the subject of our article, by locating it`s the meaning of narrating of the various ahadith on the same subject as a single hadith to center. Within this limitation, we continued our research by keeping out the dimensions of talfiq relating with sanad and taking into account the combination of hadith texts are different from one another and its narrative. In this context, after giving scholars` the views and assessments concerning talfiq, we have given place the examples of text-axis talfiq and the criticism of them have been achieved from our researches in the hadith literature
