The literatures are summarized mainly from the corporate social responsibility practices, corporate derivatives at the concept of CSR practices (mainly including business ethics, corporate citizenship, corporate philanthropy, corporate social performance) and people's ideas on CSR issues. Then we point out the developing trend of the cross-cultural comparison of CSR based on the latest literature. Finally, the researches of our country on this field are also introduced.
