Desloca-se a atenção para o que se revela no interior da cogitatio. Mas Husserl vai além da chamada “evidência da cogitatio” ao generalizar a suspensão de juízo. O transcendente passa a ser entendido como o domínio de onde não se pode eliminar a possibilidade da dúvida em relação à posição de existência das coisas e do eu empírico. Apesar da imanência, o objeto intencionado não perde, em sua versão reduzida, a sua alteridade. Deparamo-nos, então, com um terceiro emprego do conceito de “transcendente”. O artigo mostra-nos que objeto intencional oscila entre o caráter imanente do noema e o que transcende o próprio noema. Revela-nos, então, que a análise da estrutura completa do noema evidencia uma dupla concepção do objeto intencional na subjetividade transcendental" ["The present paper shows us that the epoché is exerted initially about what is transcendent in the sense of what is out of intellectual experience. The attention focuses in the what is revealed in the cogitatio. But Husserl goes beyond of the "certainty of cogitatio" by generalizing the suspension of judgment. The transcendent is to be understood as the place where we can´t eliminate the possibility of doubt as to the position of existence of things and the empirical self. Despite the immanence, the intentional object doesn’t lose in its reduced version its otherness. We then see a third use of the term "transcendent". The paper shows us that the intentional object is between the immanent aspect of the noema and what transcends the noema.
