"La promesa de Yahvé pone al clan de Téraj, en particular a Sara y a Abraham, en camino a la tierra nueva. Gn. 12-25 son, pues, narrativas en camino. Cada historia tiene su modo propio. Tiene su origen peculiar en el mundo judaico, entre la gente del interior de Judá. Los coleccionadores pusieron todo bajo las luces de las promesas de Yahvé, de las promesas de la tierra y de la libertad (11,27—12,20)" "Yahweh’s promise puts Terah’s clan, especially Sarah and Abraham, on the way to the new land. Gn. 12-25 are, then, narratives of the “way”. Each story has its own twist. It has its peculiar origin in the Judahite world, among the people of the territory of Judah. The compilers put it all where it would be seen in the light of Yahweh’s promise, the promises of land and of liberty (11,27—12,20)"
