"Bu rehberde yer alan kurallar ve yönergeler, tüm Shell çalışanlarının günlük işlerini gerçekleştirirken hangi sınırlar içerisinde faaliyet gösterebileceklerini belirlemektedir. Bu Kurallar istisnasız tüm Shell çalışanları için geçerlidir. Temel değerlerimize ve İş İlkelerimize uygunluk gösteren bu kurallar, size ya da Shell’e zarar verebilecek durumlardan ne şekilde kaçınacağınıza ilişkin bilgi vermektedir. Bu kurallar yüksek standartlar belirlerken bunlara nasıl ulaşacağınıza dair de size yol gösterirler."
