Abstract
"Tras poner de relieve las nuevas posibilidades que las células madre abren para el tratamiento de enfermedades todavía tenidas por incurables, el artículo toma en cuenta los procedimientos para su curación mediante ellas. En conexión con ello, hace un enjuiciamiento de los aspectos positivos y los más problemáticos de la Ley de Técnicas de Reproducción Asistida (LTRA), que sea concorde con el respeto a la individualidad del embrión y con la situación particular de los embriones congelados". ["After the acknowledgement of the new possibilities which the stem cells tourn out in order to the treatment of any still incurable illnesses, the article takes account of the procedures for the attainment of these illnesses by a such way. In this context a judgement over the positiv and negativ sides of the LTRA is given, whose foundations are the respect to the individuality of the embryo and the special situation of the freezed embryos".]
