Nach den ernüchternden Erfahrungen von drei Entwicklungsdekaden nimmt die Kritik an Inhalt und Form der Entwicklungshilfe sowohl aus der Perspektive der industrialisierten Länder als auch der Perspektive der wirtschaftlich schwach entwickelten Nationen ständig zu.
