Abstract
Dans ses relations politiques et économiques bilatérales et multilatérales avec d’autres régions du monde, comment l’Afrique peut-elle comme une entité politique unique, faire entendre sa voix auprès de ses pairs pour négocier ou alors renégocier sa liberté, la justice dans ses rapports avec l’extérieur et la paix en son sein ? Telle est la question à laquelle cet article se propose de répondre. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de dire en quoi la liberté, la paix et la justice sont des préoccupations fondamentales pour l’Afrique dans ce petit village qu’est devenu le monde, mais aussi et surtout de dire comment y parvenir en vue du développement et du meilleur positionnement de ce continent sur la scène internationale.
How can Africa as a single political entity make itself heard by its peers? How can Africa negotiate or renegotiate a stronger inner peace as well as freedom and justice in dealings with others in political and economic bilateral and multilateral relations? These are the questions that this article seeks to address. The aim is not only to show that freedom, peace and justice are fundamental concerns for Africa in a world that has become a smaller village, but also and more importantly to say how they can be achieved for development and better positioning on the international stage.
