Abstract
"Este trabalho buscará explicitar a complexidade de uma relação já muito difundida entre Direitos Humanos e Democracia, salientando, no entanto, a natureza diferenciada do conjunto de práticas sociais identificadas como democráticas que devem ser implementadas, em um dinâmica denominada de densificação democrática, a fim de revelar a necessidade de ampliação dos espaços reais de participação popular e de redefinição, em última instância, da relação sociedade civil- Estado, em uma perspectiva tanto nacional, quanto internacional e transnacional. Este processo contribuiria para um potencial real de reconhecimento, e cumprimento dos Direitos Humanos" ["This paper aims to explain the complexity of an already widespread respect between human rights and democracy, stressing, however, the differentiated nature the set of social practices identified as to be democratic implemented in a democratic called dynamic densification, in order to highlight the need for expansion of real spaces of popular participation and reset, ultimately, of the society civil-State, in a perspective both national and international and transnational. This process would contribute to real potential for recognition and enforcement of human rights"]
