随着我国经济的快速发展,企业经营环境的不断变化,注册会计师行业面临的风险有日益增大趋势,现行审计实务不能有效应对财务报表重大错报风险,注册会计师的执业质量离社会公众以及市场经济规范发展的要求还有差距,注册会计师及会计师事务所面临的审计风险也更大。
