Abstract
"La ética médica que busque la excelencia debe vincularse a la dignidad humana, fundamentada en el ser y no en el obrar. Por tanto, la dignidad de cualquier persona no debe estar sujeta a los vaivenes de las ideologías y las economías. Entre otras conclusiones de este Congreso, destacamos las siguientes". ["Medical ethics that seeks excellence should be linked to human dignity, grounded in being and not in the act. Therefore, the dignity of any person should not be subject to the vagaries of ideologies and economies. Among other findings of this Congress, include the following".]
