Abstract
"En esta última década está surgiendo algo nuevo en el accionar del Estado, tanto en relación al mercado como a la sociedad civil. No obstante, en el campo científico todavía hay un debate que dar sobre las políticas públicas, sus enfoques, los marcos teóricos y analíticos en el que se inscriben, pues estos cambios se enmarcan todavía dentro de un proceso en configuración. Este es, creemos, uno de los principales desafíos intelectuales de nuestro tiempo. En ese sentido, esta nueva Revista se inscribe en la tarea de aportar colectivamente a la reflexión y a la visualización de un nuevo paradigma sobre el Estado y las políticas públicas" ["In the last decade it is emerging something new in the actions of the State, in relation to the market and civil society. However, in the scientific field there is still a debate on public policy giving, approaches, frameworks theoretical and analytical in which they occur, as these changes are part yet within a configuration process. This is, we believe, one of the major intellectual challenges of our time. In that sense, this new magazine is part of the task of collectively contribute to reflection and visualization of a new paradigm on the State and public policies"]
