Abstract
"Las declaraciones internacionales sobre el derecho al medio ambiente surgen en la década de los setenta como consecuencia de los desastres ambientales, provocados por la mentalidad tecnocrática; es lógico, por tanto, que esta mentalidad sea criticada. Pero también la mentalidad biologista resulta fuertemente censurada. No hay presencia de ninguna religión de la naturaleza o deep ecology en los textos de Estocolmo de 1972 o Río de 1992. Tan sólo la Declaración de 1982 o Carta de la Naturaleza, promovida por la UICN, parece responder a planteamientos de carácter biocéntrico, y no humanista, al establecer el valor intrínseco de todo lo real, sin diferenciación" ["International declarations on the right to the environment arising in the seventies as result of environmental disasters, caused by the technocratic mentality; It is logical, therefore, that this mentality is criticized. but also the biologist mentality is strongly censored.
