Abstract
生物医学的发展是建立在动物实验基础上的，笔者从价值、智商、权利、义务等角度将多数动物实验与不符合伦理的人体实验进行对比，分析论证后认为其同样不能得到伦理学的辩护，而社会对此截然不同的态度是由于对其应用了不同的伦理学理论。最后我建议我国制定相关法律法规或条例以保障动物的福利和权益。
