Abstract
选取2006-2007 年我国沪市A 股上市公司803 样本点就企业社会责任履行 度影响因素进行了研究，表明企业的盈利能力、财务风险和来自政府、银行、社 会公众的压力以及企业的成长性是企业社会责任履行度显著的影响因素，但是对 于不同规模的企业来说影响因素又有差异，大规模企业社会责任的履行具有稳定 性和战略性，而规模小的企业更容易受短期机会左右。 [Article published in the Award-Winning Papers of the 2009 College Students' Corporate Social Responsibility Essay Competition, organized by the Center of International Business Ethics CIBE, Beijing, China.]
