Abstract
本文从概论道德责任的主体必然性和合理性根据问题是伦理学和道德哲学中的重 要问题开始，概括提出了自古及今中外伦理学和道德哲学在有关这一问题的理论中存在着的三 类基本思想理路即“主体自由论的思想理路”、“角色身份论的思想理路”和“社会历史论的 思想理路”，扼要分析了这三类基本思想理路及其各自基本理论观点的优长之处和其各自需要 进一步考虑和说明的问题，认为一种比较完备的关于道德责任的主体必然性和合理性根据的思 想理路应当是这三类思想理路的有机结合。文章最后就如何通过这种有机结合以回答这三类思 想理路所需进一步考虑和回答的一个重要问题做了尝试。 [This article composed in four parts. The first one has outlined the importance of the issue on the grounds laid by oneself for the justification of the moral responsibilities one shall bear and carry out. Then it summarized out three representative approaches to this issue in the past .The third part has analyzed the strength and shortcomings that belongs respectively to each of these three approaches. The last part . In the last part of the article, the author has attempted to synthesize organically the strengths of those three approaches and to propose his own explanation of the grounds laid by oneself for the moral responsibilities one shall bear, especially for the moral responsibility that one shall bear and carry out even though it is not caused by one’s own freedom or control. ]
