"La Articulación Feminista MARCOSUR, AFM, impulsora de la campaña «Contra los fundamentalismos, lo fundamental es la agente» afirma que, «religioso, económico, científico o cultural, el fundamentalismo siempre es político y prospera en sociedades que niegan a la humanidad en su diversidad, y que legitiman mecanismos violentos de sujeción de un grupo sobre otro, de una persona sobre otra.
