Abstract
The paper explores the analyses of legal opportunities in the matter of bank interest's saving, by using Maslahat theory which previously introduced by Al Syatibi. The theory emphasizes that banks are allowed to provide legal benefit, both in macro and micro level. Here, the theory is seen already covering the problem of bank interest applied by modern bank.
