Abstract
O objetivo deste texto é avaliar a perspectiva construtivista atribuída por Rawls à teoria moral kantiana. Inicialmente apresentaremos os aspectos centrais do construtivismo como método de fundamentação de uma fi losofi a prática que, em oposição ao intuicionismo, está baseado numa concepção de pessoa autônoma e nega a existência de verdades morais para além do sujeito prático. Em seguida, analisaremos brevemente a teoria da justiça como eqüidade e sua caracterização como uma teoria construtivista kantiana. Por fi m, avaliaremos o alcance e os limites dessa interpretação a partir da própria teoria moral de Kant para concluir que apenas num sentido amplo ela pode ser considerada uma teoria construtivista. Palavras-Chave: Ética, Teoria da Justiça, Construtivismo, Immanuel Kant, John Rawls. // The aim of this paper is to judge the constructivist perspective that Rawls attributed to the Kantian moral theory. Initially we will present the central aspects of the constructivism as groundwork for the practical philosophy that, in opposition to the intuitionism, is based upon autonomy and denies the existence of moral truths beyond the practical subject. Next, we will analyse briefl y the theory of justice as fairness and its characterization as a Kantian constructivist theory. Finally, we will evaluate the extent and the limits of that interpretation from Kant’s moral theory to conclude that only in a broad sense it may be considered a constructivist theory.
