Abstract
The paper explores the need to increase human resources quaility in facing Asean Economic Community by taking examples done by Prophet Mohammad in the past. The authors specifically offer the term of SAFT (Sidiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fatonah) as good principles which can be taken to build well qualified human resource based on noble and professional skills. These principles can be used to complete any other technical skills based on previous experiences or educational backgroun, leading to the readiness to compete with other international workers.
