"El gran reto que se plantea, hoy, la filosofía política, es el de la verdadera y eficaz conexión entre política, ética y técnica. Más concretamente, la filosofía política se pregunta: ¿qué puede hacer la política para tornar efectivo el engarce de la ética y de la técnica? ¿Este engarce será un quehacer esencial de la filosofía política? ¿Será la filosofía política condición necesaria y a la vez suficiente para que dicho reajuste se realice? Y si no, ¿desde qué otra(s) instancia(s) se debe intentar dicha conexión?" ["The great challenge facing today's political philosophy, is the true and effective connection between politics, ethics and technique.
