Abstract
CVS is strongly committed to a policy of compliance with the law and the maintenance of high ethical standards by its employees. By following this policy CVS has achieved an enviable reputation for honesty and integrity. All of us share in the continuing responsibility to maintain this reputation. This Code of Conduct has been adopted by our Board of Directors and summarizes the standards that must guide our actions. While covering a wide range of business practices and procedures, these standards cannot and do not cover every issue that may arise, or every situation where ethical decisions must be made, but rather set forth key guiding principles that represent CVS policies.
