"El año 2009 se estará cumpliendo el primer Centenario del Pentecostalismo latinoamericano. Ha sido sin duda un siglo complejo y fascinante, difícil y esperanzador, donde el panorama religioso de América Latina y de todo el mundo ha sido radicalmente trasformado por la presencia pentecostal, con toda su fuerza espiritual, sus contradicciones, su impacto en las clases populares, sus énfasis teológicos, su diversidad y el desafío que representa para las tradiciones cristianas más establecidas" ["The year 2009 will be celebrating the first anniversary of Pentecostalism Latin American. It was undoubtedly a complex and fascinating century, difficult and hopeful, where the religious landscape of Latin America and everyone has been radically transformed by the presence pentecostal, with all his spiritual strength, its contradictions, its impact on the classes popular, their theological emphases, its diversity and the challenge for the more established Christian traditions"]
