Abstract
The paper discusses the response of judges ar Gorontolo religious coward toward the new policy giving theme more authorities to solves economic disputes by using religious point of view. The research shows that judges are ready to handle more economic disputes by establishing special unit to deal with and conducting some capacity building program for the judges.
