Abstract
"El propósito de este trabajo es examinar la relación entre las nociones de eticidad y soberanía en la Filosofía del derecho (1821) de G. W. F. Hegel. El trabajo comienza con una presentación de tres elementos de la primera noción, que son relevantes para muchas discusiones filosóficas contemporáneas: instituciones, racionalidad e historia. Luego son consideradas las doctrinas de la soberanía popular de Fichte y de Rousseau y las críticas de Hegel a las mismas. Por último, es presentada una inconsistencia entre dicha crítica y el programa filosófico contemporáneo de una eticidad democrática" ["The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between the notions of ethics (Sittlichkeit) and sovereignty in G. W. F. Hegel’s Philosophy of Right (1821). It begins with a presentation of three elements of the first notion, witch are relevant for many contemporary philosophical discussions: institutions, rationality and history. After that, are considered Fichte’s and Rousseau’s doctrines of popular sovereignty and Hegel’s critic to these doctrines. Finally is presented an inconsistence between this critic and the contemporary philosophical program of a democratic ethics"]
