Abstract
：新闻自由是联合国大会所倡导的基本人权，在我国宪法中，也对公民的言论和出版自由加 以明文规定，可以说已从法律上给予了新闻自由以合理性；同时，从我国社会的发展现状来看， 新闻自由已成为构建公共领域和大众话语平台的坚实基础，也就是说，它从实践层面而言也是具 有合理性的。尽管如此，在实现过程中，新闻自由却依然遭遇一定程度上的困境。由此，本文对 新闻自由的合理性及其现实困境进行了具体分析，并提出了若干解决对策。 [Freedom of the press is advocated as the fundamental right of human by UN congress, and the freedom of speech and press of citizens is also regulated in the constitution of our country. So it is said that freedom of the press is granted the rationality in the law. At the same time, according to the present condition of our society, freedom of the press has become the solid base of public field and populace speech platform construction, in other words, freedom of the press has the rationality when related with the practice. But during the process of its realization, freedom of the press is still faced with difficulties to some extend. Thus, this article makes the detailed analysis about the rationality and actual difficulty of freedom of the press and puts forward some countermeasures. ]
