Abstract
"Nuestro país, por primera vez de manera formal incorpora en la agenda nacional la temática de cambio climático, con la reciente aprobación de la Primera Fase de la Estrategia Nacional de Cambio Climático (ENCC) presentada por el Comité Intergubernamental de Cambio Climático el pasado 30 de septiembre. Dicha estrategia consta de dos ejes de impacto, el referente a la reducción y mitigación de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) y por el otro, el de adaptación a los impactos producidos por dicho fenómeno" ["Our country for the first time formally incorporated into the national agenda the issue of climate change, with the recent approval of the first phase of the National Strategy on Climate Change (ENCC) submitted by the Committee Intergovernmental Climate Change on 30 September. This strategy has two axes of impact, regarding the reduction and mitigation of greenhouse gases (GHGs) and on the other, the adaptation to the impacts produced by this phenomenon"]
