"Zasady i wytyczne określone w tym podręczniku wytyczają ramy postępowania dla każdego pracownika Shell, obowiązujące każdego dnia. Kodeks obowiązuje wszystkich bez wyjątku. Zgodnie z Podstawowymi Wartościami oraz Ogólnymi Zasadami Prowadzenia Biznesu Shell, wytycza on kierunki postępowania oraz informuje w jaki sposób unikać sytuacji potencjalnie szkodliwych dla danego pracownika lub dla Shell. Ustanawia wysokie standardy i wskazuje w jaki sposób można je osiągnąć." ["The rules and guidelines contained in this handbook are the boundaries within which every Shell employee must operate every day. The Code does not exempt anyone. Following our core values and Business Principles, it instructs and advises you how to avoid situations that may damage you or Shell.
