Abstract
文明的发展是使人们所认识到构建和谐社会，法治无疑是最稳固的基础，最可靠的保障。然而，只有法律成为道德的最权威载体，道德成为法律的最恒久的内容时，一个和谐文明的社会才能真正得以实现，才能够延续久远。法律道德化不仅是一种遵循，一种追求，也更应该成为我们的一种行为准则，一种生活方式。
