"El texto firmado por el papa Francisco responde a la petición hecha por los obispos en la Asamblea sobre Nueva Evangelización para la transmisión de la fe cristiana (Roma, octubre de 2012) y tiene como destinatarios a los fieles cristianos en general, pero resaltando en el preámbulo la escala jerárquica intraeclesial: a los obispos, a los presbíteros y diáconos, a las personas consagradas" ["The text signed by Pope Francisco responds to the request made by the bishops in the Assembly on New Evangelization for the Transmission of the Christian faith (Rome, October 2012) and is addressed to Christians in general loyal, but highlighting the preamble within the Church hierarchy: the bishops, priests and deacons, consecrated persons"]
