Abstract
This article describes about the policies and activities of Al Washliyah Organization to welcome the Indonesian Independence. Organizational structuring, introduction and spread of the influence, preaching mission excecution, as well as expansion/ establishment of branches in North Sumatra is the effort made in order to continue surviving from the beginning Indonesia Independence up until Indonesia can achieve Independence and persisted until today. In order to maintain the integrity of the organization, Al Washliyah is able to prove the military (paramilitary) and non-military to form Majelis Pertahanan Kemerdekaan Indonesia Al Washliyah (Al Washliyah Indonesia Independence Council) who participate with another organization against the army of invaders who wanted to take over the nation of Indonesia.
