Abstract
The paper is a literatures' review aimem to bring into the surface the issue risk management within equity based financing, especially related to Islamic banks. It is proven by some sources that both investors and inter-mediaries tend to overlooked profit and loss sharing mode of financing, meanwhile equity is bit using the principle of justice to operate its business.
