Abstract
" O espírito de corpo remete à ideia ou à constatação, pelo próprio jogo da metáfora que ele constitui, de que o corpo precisa de uma alma ou um espírito para poder existir socialmente. Existiria, porém, o “anterior” ao espírito de corpo? Em outras palavras, existiriam predisposições, naqueles que tentam entrar num corpo, que facilitariam sua admissão e os preparariam, mais ou menos precocemente, mais ou menos precisamente, a adotar este espírito de corpo? É a esta pergunta que este artigo gostaria de responder, a partir de um exemplo bem preciso: o recrutamento dos magistrados judiciários em França. O campo deste exemplo é constituído pelo recorte dos candidatos ao primeiro concurso da Escola Nacional da Magistratura2 de 2002, confirmado pelo concurso de 2003, tanto nas provas escritas quanto nas orais de cultura geral, que serão tomadas como os lugares e os momentos onde se podem manifestar mais claramente estas predisposições ao espírito de corpo judiciário que eles tentam integrar" ["The body of mind refers to the idea or the realization, by the very metaphor of the game it is that the body needs a soul or a spirit in order to exist socially.
